ufo festival in roswell nm

So over the 4th of july weekend i got the chance to go down to see my mom emery free, (it was a nice break but i was sooooo happy to have her in my arms again when i got home). Anyways i flew to albuquerque and then on saturday morning my mom and i drove down to roswell...took about 3 hours or so...and we saw this sign
and of course we thought it was rather hilarious....i believe the town that sign was in is called vaughn. We get to roswell and just kind of explore around town a bit get familiar with the place (although to be honest if mom wasn't there i would have been going the wrong way plenty of times throughout our trip)im handicap at directions without my mountains to guide me. so here are a few rather awesome photos



Then we went to the ufo shaped mcdonalds for an ice cream social with marvel comic characters...mom and i both found awesome boyfriends check these out
