Stay at home mom

Ive now been a stay at home mom for 2 whole weeks and let me tell you...it rocks :) Emery and I got passes to the aquarium and we go at least twice a week. They just got otters yesterday which I personally was so excited about because theyre so dang cute. We also got a library card which has been awesome. She really loves going there because she meets "fweinds". On Wednesday we went to story time with Daniel the librarian and he read several books about snowmen which was fun. They also did lots of songs and dances which emery really enjoyed. Then after that she got a snowman craft that she can color and make.

It's also been wonderful to keep up on the housework and laundry that seemed to never get done while I was working (who wants to work all day then come home from work and clean....) anyways now i just clean as we go and as little destructor emery destroys the house. I also cook dinner which Justin is loving even though our dinners generally come out of a box haha what can I say I'm not that fancy in the kitchen...I like simple but yummy. Anyways that's all for now!

Well I figured I should write about Florida while it's still fresh in my mind since I'm sitting in the airport waiting to board my plane. I've had an amazing time here even though it was just a quick short trip it's always The best thing to see my very best friend in the whole world. It was our 11 month anniversary on Saturday and since we won't be with each other in august for our 1 year we decided that we should celebrate them both while im out here. Last night we went to the cheesecake and I got the factory burrito grande and justin got the pork chops. Then we got our cheesecake to go since we were both totally stuffed. And now Im in the airport....we didn't even eat it lol oooops. Anyways I also got to go to another baseball game and this time I did indeed get a hotdog that was alright. Hmmmm after I picked up the rental car it was pissing rain and I thought I was Gunna die since it was all dark. Then this morning it was pissing rain again so we got soaking wet running into the store lol it was funny though. Nice warm rain. It was a very pleasant night last night kinda humid but not too super hot so we Just sat on the balcony and talked...and talked...and talked...about everything and anything and it was so nice I had missed that very much. But the plane is about to board so I'll go for now much love to you all!!!

I know not many people look at my blog but for those of you that do i appologize. I've been nothing but lazy but at the same time i find most of my time being spent playing with little miss and lounging on the couch or skyping justin at the end of the day. So here is what has been going on with me lately.

My mom is doing the most amazing job on my wedding dress! She has some mad skills when it comes to sewing and the patientce of a saint. We did probably 6 or 7 fittings for the top alone but it fits me like a glove and i love it. She is now in the stage of beading all of the apliques (yes...she's making the apliques all by her self) and attatching them to the boddess of my dress. All i can say is wow...it's sooooo beautiful and i cannot wait to wear it. But moreso i cannot wait for the day that i get to wear it.

Next, A few funnies about my child. Her most recent thing that just gets me laughing so hard is when i ask her to do something and she doesn't want to it she looks at me and simply replys "I'm sorry"...at least she's not rude about it!
I've also discovered that she's really tickleish under her chin which i thought was kind of strange. I told my dad about it and he said that i was tickleish under my chin too when i was young and that made me smile. She also looooves dresses. "I wear dress..i like dress its pretty" She'll take wearing a dress over shorts any day, which also reminds her of me when i was little. Watching old movies..i always had dresses on and they were stylish let me tell you!

We're also trying well kind of trying to potty train her. She will come to me and state "i go potty" So she'll take her diaper off and we'll go sit on her potty then she states "i no go potty". At least she's interested in it so that's a good sign.

I've also lost 14 pounds which is wonderful im feeling better about myself and i have more energy (not much more...but whatever) It just got to the point where i weighed more than i'd ever weighed my whole life besides being pregnant so i decided that needed to change. I've been calorie counting which really is wonderful. I have my cereal for breakfast that i measure out each night and bring to work with my milk. Then i have my smart one and then for dinner i pretty much eat whatever i want and i try to stay around 1500 calories a day. And it's given me awesome results.

I also get to go to florida tomorrow and for that i am very greatful. Being away from justin has been very hard on the both of us. We've had lots of very good convo's about many things and it's making us both stronger :) He's seriously awesome and i'm way proud of who he is.

I appologize in advance for the all overness that will be these pictures haha :) Anways this last week i had the pleasure of going to florida to see my most wonderful fiance! I also got to see him pitch which was most awesome! He got his very first win of the season(in my opinion it should have been his second but whatever) We went to the beach twice well i went 3 times and twice with him :P It was just really nice to hang out with my best friend and be the silly people that we are. I can't wait for him to come home and for him to be my husband! I'm so lucky to have found such a wonderful and accepting man that loves me.

A little tidbit about emery...She just was watching a dvd and decided she didn't wanna watch it anymore so she took that dvd out and put a new one in and the menu screen came up...words can't begin to describe how proud of herself she was...i've never seen her do this and i was totally amazed. I sure do love my daughter she gets smarter and more beautiful every single day!

So yesterday Justin and i picked up emery and Bad romance came on the radio by lady gaga. Now this is a song that i haven't really listened to lately so when she started singing along (ooohhhhohhhhhhh roman) is her singing i had to get a video of it. So here it is!

i think it's pretty dang awesome.
On a sad note...Justin left today and while i am quite distraught and depressed i know it's all worth it because he's making his dreams come true and is doing what he loves. How many people get that opportunity!

ENGAGED!!!!!!!!!!! And it was so cute the way he did it. I was sitting on the couch watching harry potter and the chamber of secrets since im pretty sick at the moment, and emery and justin were in emery's room (he's so wonderful to let me relax) so then emery comes out of her room over to me with a ring box and she's playing with it and opens it and nothings in there and i look up to my hallway and he has a big ol smile on his face and i have a big ol smile on my face and he walks over to me gets down on one knee looks me straight in the eye and says, "emma nicole tew, i love you with all my heart. Your sick right now and i want to take care of you, and i always want to take care of you, will you marry me?" and of course i said yes. then i gave him a huge kiss and a hug and was laughing and smiling like crazy. then he slid the ring onto my finger and it's soooo beautiful. After that he took one of my other rings that i wear all the time and looked at emery and said emery will you be my daughter...now the side note to this is that emery never says yes...even when you say emery can you say yes...she just stays silent...so he asked her if she would be his daughter and i said emery can you say yes...and she said YES!!!! we are all very very excited to become a wonderful family. We were originally thinking of getting married the beginning of february...but it was stressing both of us out so we moved it back to probably september or beginning of october. I'll keep you all posted with updates...and i'll post some pictures soon!

So Emery turned the big 2 on monday! I took the day off from work and we went to ihop for her birthday breakfast. Justin joined us as he came up around 8:30. Our original plans were to go to the zoo but it was raining and crappy and justin had never been to the dinosaur museum so we ended up going there. It's funny to see how emery is totally afraid of things she used to not be afraid of. We had lots of fun at the museum..her favorite is the erosion table...i'll admit it's my favorite too. After the museum we went home for her nap. I finished making her cake and we cleaned up the house a bit. And then everyone came over! She was in perfect form so funny. She loves the attention. she was spinning spinning spinning. and running running running. So awesome. And once she figured out what opening presents meant...she was having a blast. She got lots of stuff and new clothes and shoes. It was a very very wonderful day! Here are some pictures. sorry they're all over the place.

So about 2 weeks ago while Dad and Rhonda were out of town Justin was watching emery for me. It was Friday and im at work and i get this text saying "Emery threw up last night..." So he gave her a bath. I told him to give her some watered down apple juice. So he did and she threw that up. I suggested a gogurt (not thinking dairy...stupid me lol) So he gave her a gogurt...i then get another text saying vomit count 3...Then he tells me a funny story.

After she had thrown up all over his shirt(amazing man that can handle a kids vomit that isn't even their own child) she looks up at him all lethargic and pitiful and says "gogurt" haha. Im guessing the vomit was pink and obviously still looked like gogurt form. Nasty but super cute all at the same time.

She was sick for about 3 days puking mostly the first two but had awesome diareah for about 4...
Monday my mom emery and i all went to the zoo since it was columbus day and banks have that holiday off *booooyeahhhhh* And it was a wonderful time. Later in the evening justin and i were waching t.v. and i started to feel gross so I got in bed and he left. I fell asleep only to wake up at 12:30 and start puking my guts out...I was up until about 3 as to which i had thrown up 6 times...I should have just slept in my bathtub. I woke up that morning totally drained of energy and since i hadn't slept i was even more blegh. I still went to work for a total of 2 hours before i just couldn't do it anymore. Went home and bless rhonda's heart she watched emery for me until 5:30 so i could sleep. Felt about 80 % the next day no vomit though...but needless to say it was awful none the less...

Screw being sick.

Thanks to lots of practicing and lots of mimi's help with counting around the house (including the stairs) Emery can count to ten. Granted in this video about 2 weeks or so ago she was a little bit distracted by the balloon farm book haha. so she goes from 2 to 9...Today we were at target in the halloween section and she was pointing at the pumpkins and counting them. Also she'll count her fingers and her toes and then count your fingers and your toes....keep in mind she isn't even 2 yet. I think i've got a genius on my hands...

The best part of my monday was getting these beautiful flowers :) My boyfriend spoils me. He's the best...and the reason he sent them...the card said because mondays suck and i wanted to make you smile. doesn't get much better than this :)

so emery really likes to have tea parties so i figured i'd check out ksl and look for play kitchens. and i found this one :) it cost 25 bucks...but i'll tell you what the house we got it from....hoarders...cat pee...junk everywhere....no parents....just kids oldest probably 13....thank goodness dad was with me or i probably would have just disappeared...all the junk would have eaten me up! It was nasty. But! i did get this awesome kitchen and cleaned it with heavy anti bacteria stuff and emery loves it :)

So over the 4th of july weekend i got the chance to go down to see my mom emery free, (it was a nice break but i was sooooo happy to have her in my arms again when i got home). Anyways i flew to albuquerque and then on saturday morning my mom and i drove down to roswell...took about 3 hours or so...and we saw this sign
and of course we thought it was rather hilarious....i believe the town that sign was in is called vaughn. We get to roswell and just kind of explore around town a bit get familiar with the place (although to be honest if mom wasn't there i would have been going the wrong way plenty of times throughout our trip)im handicap at directions without my mountains to guide me. so here are a few rather awesome photos

So I gave Emery a roll in her high chair today and she likes to pull things apart and huck them...she also knows that if she does this she gets a time out. So i look at her and say " you know we don't do that little miss. You're getting a time out" take her out of the chair and stick her in her room. I then vacume up the roll pieces and the rest of my apartment. I then go to let her out of her room....and she's locked her freakin door. I tried the keys to my apartment on it i tried a knife and im thinking oh crap. How am i gunna get her out of there without doing some sort of damage to my apartment. I shake the knob and say " emery emery turn the button on the handle" and keep shaking it. for like 10 minutes im trying to figure out what to do. Figured i'd need to call the cops or dad or someone to come break into her room. I go back keep shaking the handle keep trying the knife nothings working i tell her to turn the nob again i see it shaking and i open it! I'm so glad she's a smart little miss. and figured out how to lock and then unlock her door. it amazes me. so smart :)

Our last few days with Trevor

He left yesterday (tuesday) to go to portland for the summer. He will be doing the summer sales thing and is selling pest control! Woo...anyways im pretty bummed about it so i took pictures of us with a regular disposable camera so i would actually get them developed! Some are from the kids museum Discovery Gateway, She had a blast playing with everything...mostly the water though and the balls. Then we let her run through the fountins at the gateway which she thought was even better...She really liked the helicopter and freaked out when we took her out of it. That was kinda sad. Also the picture where i look like i have a black eye and trevor has a big red thing on his face...we were face painting you just can't see it very well. Trevor made me into a super hero and i put a sun and tree on him. Emery was a little tiger but you can only see the black on her nose. Oh we also upgraded our bunnie's cage. Rhonda had a cage she got a while back and let us have it..Emery decided she needed to climb into it silly little child!

Jazz Playoff game 4-23-2010

So I won 2 tickets at work that friday morning. The best part about it was i didn't do a single thing to win the tickets either. Our presidents admin printed out a list of all of the FSB bank employees, cut the list up, and put all of our names into an envelope. My name got drawn! Now i'd never even been to a jazz game nor had i ever been in delta center either...so i was freaking stoked. The seats were fantastic, each ticket cost 164 bucks too...i even debated selling them :P Anywho here is a little video just so you can see how good our seats were :) Oh and the game was awesome.

Ok, so I'm not quite sure what order these are in as i can't see them. It's all html crap so i will try to do the captions best i can...right here. So The ones of her and trevor are my favorites. Because first it was like 11:30 pm and she didnt' have a nap that day. She had however fallen asleep in the car on the way down there around 7 ish. Then we were playing super smash bros on the wii and she curled up on my lap and passed out. Like completely out...you could tickle her feet and poke her and she still wouldn't wake up. So then trevor decides to grab her and cuddle her because he loves it. Who wouldn't.

Another one is of our new bunny Fritz. We got him 2 weeks ago and he's way chill. Doesn't bite emery or scratch her which is awesome. He's super soft too.

The ones of emery laying on the ground are awesome. She was taking a nap and woke up but i could still tell she was tired. So i took her out of her crib and we laid on the ground with her head on my shoulder and just snuggled till she fell back to sleep. She was there for probably another hour. Silly little Miss!

So about a week ago Emery and I went over to dad and rhonda's house to color eggs. I had purchased a few different types of egg decorating kits. I got one that had faces you could stick on them, another that was glitter eggs, and then one that was all sorts: paint stencil wax glitter stickers ect. It was pretty fun except emery was totally out of it haha she was super tired but she still had a really good time. Dad, Rhonda, and I also had a really good time. I think it made us all feel like we were little kids again :)Here's a picture of a carton that we decorated. (I had trevor take photos...his expression's are pretty awesome) This is one i did with wax. You draw on with a wax crayon and that part doesn't dye.

Emery is sick, yet again. So this morning she sleeps in which is awesome for both of us haha me especially. Anyways, so i wake up to her crying which is normal except its not really a cry its more of the "come get me" whine. I open the door to be engulfed in the most awful smell of runny lime green poop diariah.. Hoping that she didn't have a blowout...(even though i knew it was coming, hey i can still hope right?) i go over to her bed trying not to gag i look at her bed sheets see a green spot, touch her bum...nothing unusual it's all dry, look at the front of her and waaalaaa. Totally soaked in poop. ewwwwwww! so i grab her up out of her crib and start to unbutton her onesies. i undo the second one and all this whitish green stuff falls to the grounds and im like "wtf is that" the top part of her diaper had actually opened....so all the stuff that makes it so it doesn't leak had come out of the diaper and onto the floor. So i put a towell down wrestle my screeming child who hates to get her bum changed especially in the morning, and use about 5 wet wipes to get everything off of her. put some new comfy clothes on her open up her couch thing that mimi found her make her a "ni ni" lay her on her couch and put on her favorite dvd...needless to say this is one of the joys of being a mom...haha

Also when you could take something away from her and she wouldn't flip a shiz... And it boggles my mind when she conks out like this...and she snores and when she wakes up im sure her neck has got to be killing her.

Chillen with dad after work playin with rc cars emery loved it! we would crash into each other and dad would go ohhhhhh and emery would just laugh and laugh and laugh. But the poor little miss is getting sick. She's got the flood gates of a runny nose and i probably used at least 50 tisues today to keep up with the flow. But she still was a pleasent little human. I really just love her to pieces.

Me. I'm 21 can you hardly even believe it. I sure can't...My birthday was a nice relaxing one though. I had it off because it was on presidents day and it's a bank holiday (the bonus of working in the fsb bank at american express) anyways, Started out with my awesome boyfriend making me breakfast in bed :) I got pancakes and eggs and it was sooo yummy. Then we just kinda vedged about my apartment. We tried to go to the zoo but it was all rainy and never cleared up. So then it was between the dinosaur museum and the aquarium(which i didn't know we even had one) so we went to the aquarium...and emery loved it...again. It wasn't as cool as the albuquerque one though. After that we went back to my apartment and vedged some more. Then we went to Macaroni Grill with dad and rhonda and this guy sang happy birthday to me in italian and seriously his voice was soo so good. I even compared it to josh groban...pretty sweet. All in all it was a good day. And now im 21...CRAZY

and this morning when i get to work.....not quiet sure who did it..but i think it was dad

This past weekend Emery and I had the opportunity to go visit my mom down in Albuquerque. It was tons of fun. On saturday we had breakfast with her "friend" chuck at The Grove, and there was a bird flying around inside haha. He was a very nice man. Then we went over to the Aquarium which was awesome. We got to touch little sting rays and they felt really soft instead of slimy like i thought they would. Most of these pictures are from that day. Then we went and fed the Ducks and they were naughty ducks they'd come so close to us i got a little scared a few times. Emery just thought it was funny and was laughing. We then were just driving around and ended up on an indian reservation where my mom wanted to go in and get bread but i was a little scared. I'm a baby in places im not familiar with. Then we went to old town and found this freakin awesome retro toy store where all of the toys don't need batteries like the wind up chattering teeth and the wind up old robots the punching bozo the clown bag. I got a gumby and pokey doll for emery which i was pretty stoked about. Then on sunday we went to church, then the standard diner and then the childrens science museum which emery also loved. She got to play with water and lights and air all different sorts of things. It was really fun to watch her little brain going to work. She's such a smart little miss. We also saw a bunch of hot air balloons which albuquerque is known for. Then on monday we went on the TRAM! it was -15 degrees at the top because of the wind chill...but it was a really cool thing to go on. Emery was pretty stoked. We then tried to find me some boots but alas ran out of time and i had to go to the airport. sorry i know this is like a 5th grade writing level but hey whatever works :P Grandma and Emery at Gardunos mexican resturant, we were serinaded by a mariachi band.

I was just looking at some of the pictures and i almost started crying! There was a man holding his daughter who had died and his face...after about 3 more pictures i thought to myself..i need to stop looking at these. I feel a huge amount of sadness for the people of haiti....I really don't want to be around utah when the earthquake hits here.

3 whole years...

It's been 3 years today since i lost someone very very close to me. It's kind of crazy to look back at my life then and think about this day 3 years ago...and my emotions that were unbearable, the thought that he was gone was overwhelming my whole life seemed to be destroyed in one foul swoop. The phone call from the police officer while i was at work at my music store....the shock...and then the wall of disbelief until i just colapsed on the ground and just cried..then i called my dad...no answer so i called again and he answered and i just blurted it out inbetween my sobs. he came to get me...i often wonder what he thought as he was driving to the mall...i don't remember much after that. i dont' remember where we went or who i talked to after that. i think a part of my soul died that day...such a huge loss at a young age.

And then i think of my life now.

I have the most amazing little spirit of a daughter. Who is sooooo good to me as a mom. I have an awesome family both steps and not steps who are the most hilariously wonderful people. My life has recovered. I have recovered i see all of the blessings that i have and im greatful that im still here expieriencing the beauty of this world. Sure i have my hard days but their nothing like they once were, and for that i am greatful.

Just know that i love all of you and im glad your in my life!

Sunday evening after we (dad, rhonda, taylor, emery, and I) watched dexter, well lets back up a bit emery hadn't been feeling well since probably friday and sunday during the day she started to get warmer and warmer until sunday evening after dexter we tried to take her temp with an under the arm thermo but that wasn't working so rhonda went and bought a bum bum thermo emery didn't really appreciate that but they took her temp twice and it was 104.5.....i about DIED. Packed her bag and off to the e.r. we went. we were seen fairly quick since she's a baby and she was on fire crying. The doctor then ordered her to get a chest x-ray which may i just say was the most pitiful thing ever to watch. they had to strap her in this plastic thing so her arms were sticking straight up and she was just screaming her little lungs out snot runnin all down her body (she wasn't wearing clothes due to her temp being so hot). it was just pitiful. the doctor said she potentially has the swine flu ( but im pretty sure just the regular flu) she he wrote her a prescription for tamaflu and told me to alternate between motrin and tylenol every 3 hours she's feeling a little better but lets hope no more e.r. trips for her. not a fun time.

A Memory of 9/11

So im watching 102 minutes that changed america....it's a documentary about the world trade centers the day they got hit. it starts from the beginning then people jumping out of the buildings then the second one getting hit then them colapsing all from different camera's and different peoples views...so im watching this this is the second time i've watched this documentary and i just bawl when i hear these people screaming when the second tower gets hit...seriously screaming freaking out watching the look on peoples faces...breaks my heart. I remember getting ready that very morning for school and my mom called me up the stairs and was like one of the world trade center towers just got hit and then i was watching and the second plane hit it and i was like :O i think she felt pretty bad about calling me up and then that happenening but she had no idea that would happen. and then later that evening watching it on the tv i think i hugged the tv and just cried and thought to myself...this isn't a movie...this isn't a movie...this isn't a movie...this is real. this has happened. and i couldn't even believe it. it was unphathamobal. this is real. this has happened. and i just cried. my heart was broken for all of the loss that people were expieriencing in that moment of time. devastated.

as i watch this documentary my heart still breaks i cry my eyes out HOW could someone have so much HATRED to do this to so MANY people...i dont understand...terrorists how could anyone even have the desire to do this to someone to so many someones. and then i get LIVID, angry, frustrated, helpless i just wish the world could not be so messed up that people would do this...breaks my heart.

My heart goes out to every single person that was personally effected by this horrific moment in history. I feel the pain of loss with them and can only guess the extent of their pain. May god bring you comfort and peace on the days you need it the most.

literally story time...

So we're driving home from Smiths because i had to pick up some formula for emery. Now she hasn't been feeling her charming fantastic self lately and has been running a temperature. Anyways we're driving home from Smiths and she just starts coughing and coughing and im like crap crap crap but since i don't live but 3 minutes away from smiths i just keep driving...she continues to cough and so i look back at her and she is COVERED with vomit....all down her front all over her carseat it went behind her head and was in her hair...and im like even more so than the first time crap crap crap so im speeding safely and she starts to cough again and i turn to look back and fountain of vomit just shoots out of her...so i get home run up my stairs with her and her carseat in my hands get inside pull out my wet wipes start to wipe her off take her out take her onsie off...rancid smells wipe her down with wet wipes and finally she's clean enough to touch so i take her to the bathroom and start a bath for her. She was in the bath being all stoked on the water made me laugh...here she is all vomit and then she gets in the bath and she's totally fine. anyways so that was my story she's still sick and now im sick which is just fantastic...stuff nose horrid sore throat and emerys nose is all red from wiping it like crazy

also i got glasses today that will come in 7-10 days so i will post pictures when i get them :)

Rhonda and Jenny went to the dollar store and they put this hat on her. Jenny sent me the photo from her phone with the subject line as: Big Pimpin. Made me laugh way hard...this picture is fantastic who wouldn't want a fuzzy hat???? This one is of a new outfit mimi (rhonda) bought her the other day and can i just say that Emery is wearing a size 24 mnth pants and an 18 mnth shirt...yes she is a tall chubby tub of awesomeness.

My very FIRST shirt i had ever made it's the top shirt not the bottom one but i think it's very cute and i get alot of compliments on it (i think i already mentioned that though) stayed up until about 1130 doing it. but i had lots of fun with my lovely mother.

And this picture i took while i was driving (not the smartest thing to do i know) home from ogden with emery from taylors parents house. It was just so beautiful so of course i took it so mom could be missing the mountains and clouds and awseomeness of utah :P

And this is a photo of emery and a beater or whatever they are called with whipped cream that we whipped ourselves. she loved it got it all over herself which was just hillarious. silly little bug

So dad discovered with his work badge that if you give emery something to hold when she's standing up she doesn't realize she's not holding onto something stable...so she just will stand there her longest time was like 20 seconds i think this is amazing! sorry it's sideways i didn't think about it in all my excitment haha

So this is this toy that grandma durrant (mom) bought for emery and today she finally finally was brave enough to walk with it so of course documentation was overly needed. anywho she's lots of fun has 5 teeth that just make me laugh.

Also we had a fantastic (and sad) time with my mom last night at her farewell party. It was held at Pirate Island which was sooooo so cool. I seriously felt like i was in a pirate cave! the decorations the workers were dressed like pirates they had an arcade where i won 269 tickets which i then bought a pirate plastic sword that emery loves and some blue lips that make a kazoo sort of sound when you blow on them which emery also loves. So it ws nice we had fun.

Also i made a shirt! my very first one ever i will have to take some [pictures and put them up here i get lots of compliments which i love. anywho i suppose that's all for me now

Is standing up....crazy buisness. and she has crawling down to a tee as well as sitting up. So last night when i put her in her crib to go to sleep(which i lowered so she doesn't fall out of her crib) she started screaming, so i let her scream we're trying to make it so she can fall asleep by herself...she does good most the time but last night she was having nothing to do with it. Anyways so she's screaming i walk out 10 minutes later still screaming but to the point where she would do her little quiver lip that she does at me which just kills my heart so i walk back into the room, and TADA she's at the corner of her crib standing up tears running down her face. Snot comin out of her nose and spit all over her chin. What a sight and she just looks at me like "ummm how dare you do this to me mom...so so so not cool" so i pick her up give her loves and then of course, she's happy as can be...we did this three times last night. Silly little Emery Claire

Are tumbling, well as of now. The price for a barrel of oil is 66.00 usd which is down from 72.00 that it was yesterday because of the 26 year high of unemployment rate that the u.s. is seeing in june. Also Europe has lost a bunch of jobs so it doesn't look like oil will be rising anymore...in theory. But you know they always make up reasons to hike the prices.

But isn't that amazing! haha im watching this documentary called super high me where a comedian goes 30 days without smoking pot does a bunch of tests and then goes 30 days with being stoned allll the time and takes the tests again. Tew Family Reunion 2009

So this year we had the reunion down in Santaquin which is where it usually is. It was nice and sunny in the morning when Rhonda Emery and I got there but by 2 in the afternoon the thunderstorm hit. Pouring rain Lightning so close to us it was crazy. And rather cold. But it fizzed out around 3:15 ish so it was a pretty good storm. Sorry i mainly take pictures of emery lol She had just ate food. Rhonda got dad to try the sweet potato's and turkey baby food and dad nearly threw up. It was rather comical.

Pride 2009

So last sunday I took emery to the gay pride parade with my friend jared (who is gay) and my friend Amee (who is a lezbian) lol. It was pouring rain but none the less we had a good time but then we were just to wet and cold and emery only had her blanket lol and so we left 3/4 of the way thru the parade. I didn't want her to get sick! so here are some pictures. gotta love the drag queens....hahaha

Emery got her SECOND bottom tooth yesterday. I noticed it in the evening when we were playing and she was eating my hand. It finally broke threw which is fantastic. It's crazy funny because she is like, " hmmm what are these weird hard things in my mouth...i think i will chew on my hand until i figure it out."
Also she is starting to crawl. She deffinatly does the army crawl thing and can get on her knees and hands and does the little jittery back and forth rocking before she just decides to belly flop. but she can for sure get around pretty quick now. Baby gate time. And no more change on the floor for me...
